My name is Vera Barefoot, and I am from Mississippi but now currently residing in Tampa Florida. My massage journey started in the beginning of 2023, however this was my chosen path many years prior. I am a graduate of the Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, Florida where I studied one of the best rated massage programs in the country. I am well versed in a multitude of different modalities, but my signature is a variation of connective tissue work where I release the outer and inner layers of tissue with slow methodical strokes while able to offer light to deep pressure depending on the source of your pain. Bodywork is not my job. It is my passion, and I prioritize designing a treatment plan specific to your individual needs rather than having a routine I use on each and every person. I am also an energy healer and have been practicing reiki for over three years and love incorporating it into my sessions if you are interested.
